Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out activities that are not permitted when using Weaver. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
The goal of this policy is to keep the Service safe, reliable, and lawful for everyone. You are responsible for the conduct of anyone using the Service under your account.
2. Prohibited activities
- Violating any applicable law or the rights of others.
- Uploading or generating malicious code intended to harm systems or data.
- Infringing intellectual property or misappropriating confidential information.
- Harassing, abusing, or attempting to defraud others.
- Using the Service to build or operate a competing service by improper means.
3. System & security integrity
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or tenant.
- Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Do not circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access. We may also report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
