This Privacy Policy describes how Weaver collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and Service. Because Weaver is built tenant-first, your organization's data is scoped to your organization by design.
1. Overview
We aim to collect only the information needed to operate the Service. You control which repositories, integrations, and signals you connect, and you can disconnect them at any time.
2. Data we collect
- Account data. Name, email, and organization details you provide.
- Workspace metadata. Organization, project, plan, and knowledge-base information you create in Weaver.
- Usage data. Logs and metrics about how the Service is used, for reliability and abuse prevention.
- Connected sources. We access the repositories and integrations you link by reference through your provider (such as GitHub). We do not store copies of your source code or repository content; agents operate on temporary, isolated clones that are discarded when a run ends.
3. How we use data
We use data to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; to communicate with you; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing & sub-processors
We share data with a limited set of infrastructure providers who process it on our behalf to run the Service. The current list is published on our Sub-processors page. Where we act as a processor of your data, our Data Processing Addendum applies.
5. Retention
Agent execution runs in temporary, isolated environments whose working copies of your code are discarded when the run ends. For the data we do retain, such as your account and workspace information, we keep it for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, and we take steps to delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
